Product Description
The BG 80220 is a common rail injector and pump test platform with a central operator screen and enclosed working areas on either side.
Denso six-pin precision testing, lubrication, pump-component testing, a four-injector arrangement, Bosch CP5 and Denso HP5/HP6/HP7 extensions are configuration choices, not standard features of every machine. The fixture reference does not depict a complete four-position configuration.
The reference pressure range is up to 2,700 bar; a separately documented 2,800-bar upgrade applies only to an explicitly specified package with suitable pressure-rated equipment and supported applications. Test pressures follow approved component procedures, not the bench maximum. Confirm electrical supply and the complete delivered configuration.
